How to fill IPCC exam form online - Tutorial

Apart from filling the form offline, ICAI provides a facility to fill the IPCC examination form online. filling the form online is not only more convenient, but you will also save Rs 500 which otherwise you would have to pay for the exam form.

Due date for IPCC exam form

You should register and fill your form out here icaiexam.icai.org before the due date to submit the form.

Procedure to fill the form

The procedure to fill the exam form is broken into 4 parts.

• Register on icaiexam.icai.org
• Fill your details and pay your fees
• Download the PDF, affix your photograph and get it attested
• Send the print out to ICAI

1. Register

Go and first register on icaiexam.icai.org. Even if you have created an account before for previous attempt you will have to make a fresh registration. Also do double check your e-mail id and mobile no, as you will be getting your log in details on it.

Also note if you already have registered for IPCC exam in a previous attempt you will have to create a new User ID and password as your old user ID and Password will not work.

 2. Fill your details and pay your fees

Log in your account by selecting "IPCE" from the drop down, put you username which usually will be your WRO No and then enter your password.

After logging into your account fill in the form and double check it before saving it. After saving the form you will be prompted to make the payment. Go ahead make the payment with your debit or credit card.

The Fees for IPCC is as follows

1. One group:- Rs 1000
2. Both the Groups:- Rs 1600

 3. Download the PDF, affix your photograph and get it attested

After filling the form and paying the fess, you order to download the form in PDF format you will have to again login you own account with the same username and password. After logging in you can download the form in PDF format. Get the form printed. ( Note:-  Don't print on both the sides )

After printing the form, affix your photograph, sign the form and get it attested.

4. Send the print out to ICAI

Now you need to send the form to ICAI. You can send it REGISTERED POST ( No courier allowed ) to ICAI Bhawan in delhi. Take all the print out and take a A4 size envelop and put all the print outs in the envelop without folding the form.

Last Date for filling IPCC Exam Online

The Last Date for filing your IPCC Exam form online for November 2014 Exam is 30th August 2014.

Even if you fail to fill your form by 30/08/2014; you can still fill the online form for IPCC till 04/09/2014 by paying a nominal late fee.
